Please include your name, the link or reference for your request or job, and a short description of what happened.

Report a problem with a job

Report a problem within 7 days after the job is marked complete, by emailing hello@hammerconnect.com. We hold only the disputed amount while we review, ask the contractor to respond, and then decide whether to release, partially refund or fully refund the held amount. This does not limit any legal rights you have, including your rights with your card issuer.

Privacy and account requests

To ask for a copy of your information, a correction or deletion, email hello@hammerconnect.com with the subject “Privacy request”. See our Privacy Policy.

Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your HammerConnect account and personal information at any time.

  • Email hello@hammerconnect.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Include the mobile number on your account. We verify the request with a sign-in code sent to that number.
  • In the app: when the HammerConnect app is available, you will also be able to delete your account in the app under Settings.

Before anything is deleted, we show you the records we must keep and why, for example payment and tax records and open jobs or disputes. We acknowledge deletion requests within 2 business days and complete deletion of eligible active copies within 30 days; backups age out on their normal cycle. Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use HammerConnect. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, which includes the 2.1 Level AA criteria, on this website and in the app.

This website is plain HTML and CSS. It has a skip link, can be used with a keyboard, follows your light or dark setting and respects your reduced-motion setting. The app is not yet available, so this statement currently covers the website. We update it as we test and as we learn of limitations; the legal documents are long, so each has a contents list with links to its sections.

If you find a barrier, or need information or a service in another way, tell us at hello@hammerconnect.com or 917-727-3765. Please include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use. We will work with you to give you the information or service another way. See also section M-22.7 of the Master Platform Terms.

Send legal notices to Terragroupe, LLC, Attn: Legal Notices, 9401 Collins Ave, Unit 205, Surfside, FL 33154, and by email to hello@hammerconnect.com with the subject “Legal notice”. This address is also the legal-notices address for a notice of dispute or an arbitration opt-out under section US-6 of the United States Terms Schedule.

To report copyright infringement, send a written notice to Terragroupe, LLC, Attn: Copyright Notices, at the same mailing address, and by email to hello@hammerconnect.com with the subject “Copyright notice”. Your notice should include:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • a description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
  • a description of the material you say is infringing and where on HammerConnect it is, so that we can find it;
  • your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner.

We remove content as 17 U.S.C. 512 requires and may close the account of a repeat infringer. If we removed your content and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice that meets 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3) to the same address.

Emergencies

HammerConnect does not provide emergency services. For a fire, gas leak, flooding that threatens safety, or any emergency, call 911.
