HammerConnect interim privacy notice

1. Who is responsible. Terragroupe, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operating HammerConnect (“we”). Contact: hello@hammerconnect.com.
2. What we collect on this site. Only what you send us: your name, email, phone and message if you contact us or request an invitation. This site does not use cookies or analytics and does not load anything from other websites. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and protect the site. If we turn on analytics, we will say so here first.
3. Why. To answer you, manage invitations and operate the pilot.
4. Who sees it. Our service providers (for example email and hosting), who must protect it. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Payments. If payments are enabled later, card and bank details go to Stripe, not to us.
6. Messages. We will only send text messages to you if you agree. You can stop at any time.
7. Keeping it. We keep it only as long as needed for these purposes or required by law.
8. Your choices. Write to hello@hammerconnect.com to ask to see, correct or delete your information.
9. Children. This site is not for people under 18.
